I've built the HR function from scratch at Vani Kabir Multiverse, creating SOPs, HR policies, structured documentation, and the company handbook.
I manage end-to-end recruitment and have hired 40+ employees across technology, operations, accounts, and social media. I also run performance appraisals, onboarding, engagement, leave and attendance processes, payroll inputs, and employee relations.
Alongside people operations, I support the Founder's Office through confidential documentation, research, trackers, vendor coordination, workplace administration, IT coordination, and cross-functional follow-through.
