At 5Sec Cyberpwn Technology Pvt. Ltd, I implemented and configured Proofpoint email security solutions for enterprise customers. I also assisted with deployment, integration, and migration projects.
I configured email security policies, spam filtering, allow/block lists, and transport rules, and worked with SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, and MX records to troubleshoot mail flow.
Before that, at Softcell Technologies Global Pvt. Ltd., I managed Cisco IronPort ESA filters and content policies to block phishing and malware attacks. I investigated suspicious emails using authentication checks, message headers, and sandbox analysis tools.
I also maintained security policies on Cisco IronPort ESA and Microsoft 365, troubleshot delivery issues using logs and message traces, and administered Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
