At IRIS Software, I manage end-to-end email security operations, investigate phishing threats, and tune Forcepoint DLP policies to reduce false positives and improve detection accuracy.

I lead monitoring and incident investigations across network, endpoint, and DLP environments, including triage, root-cause analysis, IOC extraction, attack-pattern validation, and MITRE ATT&CK-aligned rule tuning. I also build security dashboards and reports and collaborate with SOC, network, and forensics teams on incident resolution.

Previously at HCL Technologies, I monitored SIEM alerts, analyzed suspicious emails, URLs, and attachments, correlated logs, prioritized incidents, and documented investigations in ServiceNow. I'm currently supporting an email security migration from on-premises Barracuda ESG to Proofpoint cloud solutions.
