What I'm looking for

I seek a strategic HR leadership role where I can drive recruitment, employee engagement, and workforce planning within a collaborative culture that values coaching and measurable outcomes.

I am a CPHR-certified HR leader with broad experience across hospitality and retail, committed to delivering practical HR solutions and measurable people outcomes.

I have led end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, payroll, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement, and have managed large unionized workforces and COVID-era workforce and budget challenges.

Currently I work as a Department Manager at Walmart (since Jan 2023), where I handle customer service, inventory, training new joiners, regulatory adherence, and cross-department resolution of customer issues.

I bring hands-on experience with HR systems (PayPac, HRMS, HRIS), multilingual communication, and a collaborative leadership style focused on coaching, succession planning, and building cohesive teams that support business objectives.
