At NICE, I led engineering strategy across a $50M+ ARR portfolio spanning RPA, BI, AI process analytics, coaching, and gamification products. I launched CXone Desktop Discovery as a standalone AI process analytics product, modernized RPA into agentic workflows using MCP, LangGraph, and LLMs, and co-invented a patented GenAI approach to sensitive-data masking.
I've built and mentored teams across five countries, improved cloud economics through microservices modernization, and established MLOps, LLM evaluation, AI safety, and architectural governance practices. Earlier, I co-founded Moiroi Software, led engineering at Jiffle Technologies, and helped CA Technologies grow financial-security products while improving reliability and delivery efficiency.
