At TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES, I’m a Project Manager on the PRUDENTIAL PROJECT, ensuring the tech upgrade is completed as planned. I also perform the Scrum Master role and track SLA metrics.

I prepared Service Now dashboards so leads can review reports and SLAs in one place, and automated overall and team-wise SLA tracking. I also analyze trends to support root cause analysis and have ensured SLA compliance since go-live.

On the TRANSAMERICA PROJECT, I processed insurance policies and suggested ways to automate similar processing. I also performed UAT on the client-provided platform and trained associates to work on it.
