Ltd.), I work with the founders of a D2C racket and paddle sports brand, owning projects across e-commerce operations, product development, and growth. I manage the Shopify storefront and its Liquid theme updates, alongside checkout and fulfillment integrations.
I launched a Goose Feather Shuttlecock product line, coordinating with suppliers in China and India on pricing, samples, and quality checks. I also prepared packaging design briefs and Amazon A+ listing copy, and researched product opportunities and import feasibility.
I analyze sales across marketplace, Shopify, and offline channels using Excel and Google Sheets dashboards, with accounting reconciliation in Tally Prime. I also manage Interakt WhatsApp Business API journeys and campaign flows, and create Python/pandas reports on agent performance. Previously, at Winners Industries Pvt. Ltd., I analyzed business data and developed Excel dashboards and KPI reports.
