What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a data analyst role where I can use SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI to turn business data into clear insights, dashboards, and practical recommendations for customer, sales, and operational decisions.

I've built an end-to-end Customer Shopping Behaviour Analysis project, transforming a 3,900-row retail dataset into business insights with Python, SQL Server, and Power BI.

I used Pandas for data cleaning, SQL Server for customer, product, marketing, loyalty, and Pareto analysis, and DAX to create a three-page interactive dashboard. My analysis identified customer purchasing patterns and opportunities for targeted subscription and loyalty campaigns.

As an e-commerce founder, I managed daily orders, product research, procurement, logistics, customer support, advertising, and fulfillment while using Excel to monitor sales performance. My earlier sales experience also gave me practical experience in lead qualification, customer requirements, negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closure.
