What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote, hybrid, freelance, or project-based work in Indonesian language QA, AI training data, annotation leadership, transcription QA, speech-data review, LLM and AI-agent evaluation, RLHF, and content quality operations.

I've led Indonesian annotators on Appen Project Aragorn, raising team data quality from 62% to 95% through root-cause analysis, localized visual guidance, and targeted coaching.

I work across Appen, CrowdGen, ByteDance, Meridian/Invisible Technologies, RWS, Babel Audio, and Mercor on AI training data, transcription validation, LLM and AI-agent evaluation, RLHF audio-agent evaluation, search relevance, and speech-data QA. I serve as a final quality checkpoint for Indonesian and Javanese datasets, reviewing accuracy, consistency, safety, relevance, and guideline compliance.
