@vinuthnauser
Embedded Software Engineer specializing in real-time firmware, device drivers, and secure IoT communication.
What I'm looking for
I’m an Embedded Software Engineer with 4+ years of experience building production-grade firmware in C/C++ for microcontroller-based IoT devices and automotive ECU applications. I specialize in real-time data acquisition, sensor control, peripheral interfacing, and low-level system design—so connected systems behave reliably under real-world constraints.
In my current role, I develop BLE-enabled communication workflows for secure device-to-mobile data transfer, build and optimize low-level modules for GPIO/ADC/timers/interrupts/UART/SPI/I2C, and support RTOS-based task execution. I also strengthen product readiness through board bring-up debugging and firmware validation/regression testing, while collaborating across hardware, QA, and product teams to deliver stable, production-ready embedded software.
Experience
Work history, roles, and key accomplishments
Develops production-grade embedded firmware in C/C++ for microcontroller-based IoT devices, including real-time data acquisition, sensor control, and wireless communication. Implements low-level peripheral modules and supports RTOS-based task execution, board bring-up debugging, and firmware validation/testing.
Contributes to firmware development for sensor-driven embedded applications by implementing C/C++ modules for real-time data collection and peripheral communication. Supports communication interface development (UART/SPI/I2C), debugging, and validation including regression, integration, and basic hardware-in-the-loop testing.
Develops embedded C/C++ software for automotive ECU applications, including real-time control modules, diagnostic communication, and peripheral drivers. Designs and validates RTOS-based firmware components, integrates communication interfaces (including CAN), and performs root cause analysis and testing to improve software quality.
Builds foundational embedded C firmware for microcontroller-based applications, including register-level programming and real-time control logic. Implements and tests GPIO/ADC/timer/interrupt handling routines, supports firmware flashing and board-level testing, and documents peripheral configuration and debugging procedures.
