At IBM, I develop embedded firmware in C/C++ for ARM Cortex-M (STM32), ESP32, AVR, and RISC-V platforms. I optimized memory usage and DMA operations, reducing firmware footprint by ~10% while maintaining medical-device reliability.
I’ve optimized FreeRTOS applications by tuning task scheduling, interrupt processing, and inter-task communication across connected sensors and control modules. I’ve also implemented Linux kernel drivers and Embedded Linux components to connect peripherals and improve device communication.
At IBM, I established IoT connectivity using MQTT and Azure IoT Hub for telemetry and remote monitoring of connected medical devices. I diagnose hardware and firmware issues with tools including ST-Link, JTAG, and serial debugging, and contribute to HIL testing and Python-based firmware validation.
Previously, I developed firmware at Mphasis for ARM Cortex-M systems, working on low-level drivers, RTOS applications, and peripheral integration. I applied MISRA-C:2012 and static analysis practices, and supported Embedded Linux platforms with Bash automation for diagnostic tasks.
