What I'm looking for

I am seeking a Junior Legal Associate role in Mumbai where I can learn Indian law, contribute to corporate and real estate transactions, grow within a structured practice, and apply cross-border M&A and compliance experience.

I am a legal professional with hands-on exposure to UK and Indian corporate and real estate matters, built through internships and coordinator roles in cross-border M&A, securities, and property compliance.

During my LLM in International Corporate Law and work at Singhania & Co. LLP, I supported drafting share purchase agreements, due diligence reports, and shareholder agreements while researching FDI, securities regulation, and transaction structuring.

At Asset Bricks I managed conveyancing documentation, reviewed leases and sales contracts, coordinated with solicitors and agents, and supported compliance to facilitate timely property deals.

I am eager to build a legal career in Mumbai as a Junior Legal Associate, learn Indian law in depth, and contribute to a structured corporate and real estate practice with strong commercial awareness and a collaborative approach.
