What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a legal associate role where I can contribute immediately, keep building expertise across corporate law, intellectual property, and ADR, and work with end-to-end legal documentation in real client timelines.

I manage end-to-end legal documentation workflows at Strategic Business Alliance Pty Ltd, drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating contracts, agreements, commercial leases, wills, and Powers of Attorney across Australia and New Zealand.

I’ve supported real estate due diligence at Rahul Sarkar & Associates LLP—preparing title search reports, verifying non-encumbrance certificates under the Transfer of Property Act, and running e-court property searches to keep transactions compliant.

Earlier, at Jitendra Chambers and S.K. Lath & Associates, I drafted petitions, assisted with filings before the Calcutta High Court, and worked on title verification and chain-of-title research with a compliance-first mindset.
