I am a Senior QA Engineer and Scrum Master with extensive experience in manual, exploratory, and automated testing for web and mobile products. I define and implement test strategies, apply BDD with Gherkin, and perform end-to-end testing of AI systems while maintaining clear documentation and traceability.
I facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support Product Owners in backlog prioritization, remove impediments, and monitor sprint metrics to improve predictability and team performance. I also mentor teammates, design development programs, and promote collaboration across QA, development, and product teams.
I leverage tools and languages such as JIRA, Postman, Selenium, Cypress, Python, SQL, and Power BI to enable data-driven testing and reporting. I seek to drive high-quality releases and continuous improvement in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
