Built and owned frontend architecture for a fast-growing e-commerce platform, lifting checkout conversion from ~2% to 4% across 40k+ monthly users. Implemented Claude Code multi-agent workflows (300-500k tokens/day) to compress 4–5 hours of work into 20–30 minutes per feature cycle.

Led frontend rendering architecture for Marks and Spencer, improving product detail page LCP from 4.1s to 1.8s for 2M+ monthly users through SSR migration, image optimization, and render-blocking script elimination. Owned a 50–60 component shared design system and ran 2–3 concurrent Adobe Target A/B experiments tied to measurable conversion outcomes.

Improved application performance ~30% across B2B SaaS interfaces by implementing code-splitting, render bottleneck elimination, lazy loading, and asset strategy improvements. Migrated legacy class components to React Hooks to reduce component complexity ~40%, and strengthened testing and error handling to reduce UI regressions in high-traffic flows.

Integrated REST APIs to power enterprise reporting dashboards with reliable real-time financial data display, including loading and error handling states. Built and helped standardize a reusable internal UI component library across three project teams to reduce duplicated development effort and improve consistency.
