Developed human and sheep mandible FE models to assess the validity of sheep as a pre-clinical model for testing fixation devices in the mandible.

Managed administrative workflows, invoicing, client communication, safety, and regulatory compliance. Assisted in financial reporting and cost optimization for company operations.

Contributed to long-term strategic planning and decision-making to ensure sustainable company growth. Reviewed and approved the annual financial balance and evaluated new business opportunities and partnerships.

Supported the CE marking process by drafting technical device manuals and ensuring documentation met strict regulatory standards for medical device certification. Reviewed regulatory requirements and assisted in electromagnetic compatibility testing of medical devices.

Activities and societies: Attended international workshops and courses in project management, scientific writing, grant writing, and public presentations at the graduate school Berlin-Brandenburg School for Regenerative Therapies (BSRT).
