What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to hands-on product development and R&D work involving mechanical design, simulation, prototyping, manufacturing, and process optimization.

At Bauer Kompressoren Group, I lead CFD simulations for hydrogen compressor flow dynamics and develop parametric 3D CAD models and mechanical layouts in Creo.

I've built, assembled, and tested the first operational compressor prototype, using daily 3D printing, design calculations, and GD&T to validate critical components in real-world conditions.

My background spans Abaqus FEM research at TU Dortmund, grinding-process R&D at SECO Tools, and robotics and production engineering at CERA. I bring practical experience in simulation, manufacturing, experimentation, and cross-functional product development.
