At VRDE, Defence Research Development Organisation, I designed and developed 25+ mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks and CATIA. I also used FEA-based analysis to validate structures and thermal behavior, helping reduce redesign cycles by 3 iterations.
At Klassic Wheels, I oversaw the integration and release of components into production workflows and maintained engineering drawings and process records. At Cogeme Precision Parts, I managed CNC/VMC manufacturing and optimized CAD-to-CAM workflows, reducing setup time by 6 hours per batch.
My current M.Sc. in Mechatronics and Cyber Physical Systems at Technische Hochschule Deggendorf includes work in advanced robotics, human-machine interfaces, and additive manufacturing. My projects include an additively manufactured curvic coupling and a Unity-based VR car safety simulator.
