Vincentius Nathaniel Englana

I’m an early-career digital marketer and AI-focused operator based in Indonesia.

My professional foundation is in digital marketing. I spent around 12 months as a Social Media Specialist intern supporting Polytron Indonesia’s consumer electronics and EV marketing, followed by around 6–7 months of freelance work continuing similar marketing operations. I worked across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, supporting campaign execution, content planning, agency and stakeholder coordination, product launches, KOL research, and performance reporting.

What has increasingly shaped my work, however, is how I use technology to make those processes better. During my marketing experience, I built an AI-assisted social media sentiment workflow that processed large volumes of Indonesian-language comments and converted the results into recurring Excel reports. I also built an AI-assisted brand-language and copywriting system that helped standardize content development and was later used by other interns.

Outside of client and brand work, I’m currently building a B2B AI automation business, where I work on the business and marketing side while learning and building practical workflows with n8n and Claude Code. I have also built an AI-assisted system that connects strategy, content briefs, creative direction, and production.

My earlier experience at BVoice Radio gave me a strong foundation in project coordination and operations. I managed weekly program production across six teams and participated in university-wide planning across eight cross-functional divisions.

I’m now looking for opportunities where I can combine my marketing background with AI, automation, data, research, and business operations. I’m particularly interested in teams that care less about following a traditional career path and more about whether someone can learn quickly, build practical systems, and make the work better.
