My work focuses on Agile execution—sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, retrospectives—and robust release governance that reduces risk and increases delivery predictability. I provide transparent status reporting and align stakeholders and executives around roadmaps and priorities.

I bring hands-on platform exposure (Flows, Security Model, Reports & Dashboards) and practical understanding of integrations (MuleSoft/API) and CI/CD concepts (Copado). I drive quality through validation, UAT coordination, and pre/post deployment checks.

I am comfortable as the primary delivery interface between business, architects, developers, QA, and support, and I actively support AI-enabled delivery awareness and timezone-aligned collaboration with international stakeholders.
