At Plugseal Innovation Service, I own the architecture and delivery of a loan-processing platform handling 7,000–10,000 applications daily. I build Node.js and NestJS services, workflow pipelines, and integrations that support onboarding, KYC, risk assessment, approvals, repayments, and digital agreements.

I've integrated 15+ third-party services—including Aadhaar, PAN, GST, CIBIL, eSign, PhonePe, Razorpay, Enkash, and AU Bank—with idempotency, retries, and reconciliation, achieving a 99% payment success rate. By optimizing PostgreSQL, connection pooling, and Redis caching, I've reduced dashboard load time by 45% and query latency by up to 70%.

Previously at Mentation Tech, I built backend modules and REST APIs for purchasing, installation, service tracking, inventory, and logistics. I enjoy owning systems end to end, from data models and security to AWS deployment, CI/CD, and production reliability.
