I’m a bookkeeper with over five years of experience in accounts receivable and payable processes, focused on accuracy, clean records, and reliable follow-through. As a remote freelancer (Feb 2023–Present), I generate and send invoices to 125 clients every two weeks, match incoming payments to the correct invoices, and verify, classify, and record AR transactions.

I also investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes, send reminders, and contact clients for overdue payments, while generating financial statements that show the status of AR aging. In addition, I handle vendor portals and clients’ insurance requirements, reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly, and post entries for adjustments, accruals, and corrections. Previously, as an Accountant at DRPL Pvt. Ltd. (Jan 2022–Nov 2022), I categorized transactions, performed regular reconciliations, supported the accounting and finance team with administrative work, and prepared financial statements as required by clients.
