What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level remote role in virtual assistance, customer support, data entry, or administration where I can use my communication, record-keeping, and transaction-handling skills while learning new platforms and procedures.

I've supported customers in retail since 2019, handling purchases, cash, card and mobile-payment transactions while resolving routine questions professionally.

In my current butchery attendant and retail assistant role, I help customers select products, check and restock inventory, and maintain clean, organised work areas. I'm studying for a Certificate in Accounting and bring practical skills in data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, email communication, and internet research to entry-level remote support or administration work.
