I've architected KEHi AI at Cloudgarner Solutions, a multi-tenant AI-powered SaaS platform for healthcare and service businesses. I build end-to-end products using React, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL, and TypeScript.
My work includes subscription feature gating, secure JWT-based role access, Twilio and Vapi integrations, and 25+ n8n workflows for scheduling, CRM synchronization, AI agents, notifications, and analytics. I also built property-listing capabilities and improved media delivery with AWS S3 and CloudFront, increasing file access speed by 60% while reducing storage costs by 25%.
