I’m a legal intern currently assisting the Technology, Media & Telecommunications team at the Chamber of Mr Vikramjit Banerjee, Additional Solicitor General of India (Supreme Court of India), where I support legal research, draft legal opinions, and review commercial agreements.
At NaikNaik&Co. (JV), I worked on assignment and novation agreements, production services engagement letters, and content licensing contracts—along with research covering the Copyright Act, 1957, derivative/exploitation rights, trademark applications, and even the copyrightability and licensing of AI-generated music in India.
Across other internships, I researched labour law updates and compliance under Indian law, drafted legal notices, and produced internal briefs (including a PowerPoint on practical implications of the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023). I’ve also supported document review and compliance notes for regulatory matters and commercial agreements.
Through court-exposure internships, I’ve assisted with case-related filings and court proceedings, including e-filing and tracking on judicial portals, while drafting and supporting briefs on employment law, CPC/CrPC topics, CGST provisions, and dispute-management frameworks like mediation under the Commercial Courts Act.
