I'm currently supporting Accenture via Teamlease Digital on Homeowners and Collections operations for the US insurance market. I handle renewal management, policy validation, customer account reviews, payment follow-ups, and case updates.
I process policy and customer data in Salesforce, use internal policy, billing, and documentation systems, and maintain accuracy, confidentiality, SLA adherence, and compliance. I also coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and support timely policy issuance.
Alongside insurance operations, I'm building skills in cybersecurity, networking, Linux, vulnerability assessment, web security, and security tools. I'm eager to grow in insurance operations while using my cybersecurity knowledge to contribute to secure, efficient, compliant processes.
