I am a technology leader with 21 years of experience in software engineering, quality assurance, test automation, performance engineering, and delivery management. Most recently, I worked as Director of Software Engineering (Testing) at SS&C, leading quality engineering initiatives, driving delivery excellence, and aligning technology outcomes with business objectives.

My expertise includes building and scaling automation frameworks, improving software quality and release confidence, leading cross-functional teams, and optimizing application performance. I have worked with technologies and tools such as Playwright, Selenium, JMeter, LoadRunner, Grafana, AWS, and observability platforms.

I am particularly interested in applying AI and LLMs to software engineering, including agentic QA automation, intelligent test generation, AI evaluation, and engineering productivity. I enjoy identifying opportunities to modernize processes, reduce repetitive work, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business value through technology.
