I am seeking a senior MEP cost-management or commercial role where I can apply estimation, tendering, vendor negotiation, and value engineering to deliver cost-effective, high-quality projects.

I am an MEP professional with over nine years of experience who transitioned from hands-on project execution into specialized cost management and estimation roles, focusing on tender analysis and high-level BOQ preparation.

I have directed cost management for Design & Build and General Contracting projects, negotiated with OEMs and vendors to secure preferential rates, and implemented value engineering to optimize budgets while maintaining quality. I have led cost work across data centers, hospitals, corporate fit-outs and large commercial developments using AutoCAD, CostX and SAP.

I seek to apply my commercial and technical expertise to improve project efficiency, drive measurable cost savings, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, compliant, high-quality projects.
