At NTPC TAMIL NADU ENERGY COMPANY LIMITED (NTECL), I manage HVAC and mechanical contract activities from the client/owner side, supporting systems across 1,500 MW generating capacity. I coordinate contractors, vendors and internal teams on technical submissions, testing, readiness and handover.
Earlier at NTECL, I executed erection, pre-commissioning and commissioning for three 500 MW generating units. I commissioned 1,800 TR Chiller & VAM systems, 28 AHUs and six 55,000 CMH ventilation systems, and performed L1-L5 functional and performance testing.
I also configured BMS controls on 1,800 TR chillers, improving monitoring accuracy by 25%. My work spans HVAC operations and maintenance, performance verification, punch-list closure and system readiness.
