I bring 35 years of experience in Oil & Gas cost estimation and proposals, including 22 years focused on cost estimation and 13 years on project execution. I prepare high-level multi-discipline CAPEX budget cost estimates for onshore/offshore facilities and brownfield modifications and maintenance projects, and I conduct internal peer reviews of Engineering Consultants’ “Cost Estimate Report” across concept/feasibility, pre-FEED, FEED, and other stages. I also prepare and submit high-quality, client-compliant “Technical and Commercial Proposals” for engineering services and EPC&I tenders—from prequalification and tender review through techno-commercial clarifications, contract award, and handover to projects.
As a Certified Cost Engineer and AACE International member, I coordinate multi-discipline execution inputs—reviewing project documents/specifications/plans and supporting technical submittals, procurement expediting, resource planning, and progress and budget monitoring with clients/consultants/vendors and internal departments. I bring strong contract understanding and administration experience, including identification and resolution of contractual issues, initiation and preparation of change orders/claims, and adherence to contract quality standards, using tools such as SAP ECC 6.0 (Project Systems) along with MS Office, MS Project, and Visio.
