I’m an I.T Analyst with 13+ years of professional experience in the TCS BaNCS product, supporting demanding customer environments for Belgium and the UK. I work across requirement understanding, technical design, and delivering solutions that hold up under real-world escalations.

From 2019 to present at TCS, I interact with clients through mail to gather requirements, handle report-related requirements, and fix issues using the TCS BaNCS product. I create UT and document the report flow, and I also support junior team members to keep delivery consistent and high quality.

Earlier, I served as a Software Developer (2013–2017), developing technical solutions for payment and customer details. I performed data validation and report/letter verification, identified issues, and implemented requirement changes with disciplined adherence to development standards.

Across projects—such as Landsbond der Christelijke Mutualiteiten and Sun Life Insurance—I’ve handled payment and letter processing, worked with active and historic customer data for migration, and provided quick fixes during production support needs. I’m committed to Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall execution, continuous learning in new technologies, and completing tasks within timelines.
