At UST Global/Equifax, I supported Agile product delivery for products and features at a major consumer credit reporting agency. I contributed to YCNI (Your Credit and Identity) features, including explanation statements and AFSA PDF integration with a car history application.

I also worked as Product Owner from discovery for a partner portal application intended to integrate with commerce platform Salesforce and Seismic. I prepared onboarding materials, led user training sessions, participated in partner UAT, and reviewed QA artefacts.

Earlier at Tata Consultancy Services, I designed and developed a data migration toolkit and led the migration of approximately 70 million transactions. My experience also includes technical business analysis for retail banking and Java development for banking applications.
