At Tata Consultancy Services, I support an insurance project by monitoring daily batch trails and resolving job abends. I recreate issues in test environments, debug them, and perform root cause analysis.
At Infosys Limited, I supported banking and insurance projects, including COBOL/DB2 development, production support, and testing.
