What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can apply health informatics, M&E, and system design skills to improve data quality, support staff capacity building, and deliver actionable visualizations in a collaborative, impact-driven organization.

I am a committed M&E and informatics professional with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering and extensive experience designing databases, health information systems, and dashboards for program monitoring. I combine technical system design with hands-on data collection, validation, and visualization to improve program performance.

In my roles at ICAP Tanzania and earlier health institutions I led DHIS2 tracker and dataset development (including DREAMS and HTS components), built dashboards and automated trackers, conducted data quality assessments, and supported EMR and interoperability initiatives. I have a strong track record of capacity building, troubleshooting, and deploying mHealth solutions to enable timely, accurate reporting.

I am results-focused, a fast learner, and enjoy collaborating with end-users and stakeholders to translate program needs into robust data systems that improve decision-making and service delivery.
