At Amazon, I commanded Severity-1 response across its worldwide fulfillment, sortation, and delivery network, resolving 340 critical incidents while protecting 6.7M+ units of operational volume and 363,000+ customer delivery promises. I led bridge calls with 200+ responders, coordinated 152 teams and multi-vendor escalations, and delivered executive communications during high-pressure events.
I also built AWS-based reporting and Slack paging automations that eliminated 30 minutes of daily manual work and improved acknowledgement times by up to 120 seconds. Earlier, I built and launched site IT functions, led infrastructure deployments and retrofits, trained IT teams, and supported network, operational technology, and industrial systems across Amazon sites in Italy and the UK.
I work fully remote from Rome, as an employee, through an Employer of Record, or under Italian P.IVA. As a Romanian citizen I hold the right to work across the EU, and I run bridge calls and write incident communications in English, Italian, and Romanian at native level.

Held major-incident command across Amazon's worldwide fulfillment, sortation, and delivery network, owning end-to-end resolution of 340 critical incidents. Built AWS automations that reduced manual reporting and improved detection-to-acknowledgement times.
Joined the Colleferro fulfillment site during its opening phase, building the IT function from the ground up and training a 7-person team. Appointed Onsite Build Leader for a new greenfield site, coordinating IT delivery and supporting multiple site launches across Italy.
Lead onsite IT engineer for a 10-site delivery station estate across London, combining first-response support with infrastructure build and launch work. Coordinated IT installation for the UK's first robotic sort center and led a full IT retrofit of a live fulfillment site.
Supported site infrastructure, asset management, and end-user services across an Amazon UK fulfillment site. Developed Excel VBA automations to streamline scanner updates and warranty management, reducing manual work by 3 hours per week.
