I'm looking for an opportunity to contribute through data analysis, customer service, or administrative support while improving efficiency, supporting organizational success, and continuously developing my professional skills.

At Okomaita International Resources Limited, I collected, cleaned, and organized data from multiple sources, helping maintain accurate and consistent records.

I analyzed datasets for trends and business insights, prepared Excel reports, dashboards, and visualizations, and supported weekly and monthly performance reporting. I also performed data validation, quality assurance, database maintenance, and data-entry work.

Alongside data work, I supported customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving or escalating complaints, updating customer records, and preparing daily service reports.
