What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a new challenge where I can showcase my organizational, administrative, and retail leadership skills while providing an excellent customer experience.

At Foot Locker Germany, I lead store operations, visual merchandising, stock, communications, and customer experience as an Assistant Store Manager. I analyze retail KPIs and implement strategies to improve store performance while supporting recruitment, onboarding, and in-house promotions.

I've progressed from Sales Assistant to Shift Lead and Assistant Store Manager through years of retail experience in Leipzig and Berlin. Alongside my work, I'm pursuing an M.A. in Translation, building on a B.A. in English and Media Studies and native-level German and English skills.
