I’m looking for a role where I can lead SaaS-style implementation and launch readiness, design clear workflows, build adoption training and reporting, and partner cross-functionally to remove blockers—while bringing governance and practical AI/Copilot readiness thinking.

I’m an Implementation and business systems professional with 10+ years of progressive experience turning ambiguous needs into practical systems, launch plans, training, documentation, reporting, and adoption support. I’m known for turning complexity into clarity and bridging technical and non-technical teams.

In end-to-end implementations, I lead requirements gathering, kickoff readiness, user validation, launch support, go-live readiness, stakeholder communication, and sustainment. I design logic-based workflows and support paths, troubleshoot issues and data flow, and surface risks early through structured issue investigation and governance-aware documentation.
