I’m looking to transition into an office or remote role where I can use my customer service background, strong communication, and organization to help a productive team—while continuing to support accurate records and smooth daily operations.

I’m a customer service professional with over seven years working various customer service roles across retail, grocery stores, and most recently the food service industry. I build customer relationships, manage transactions, resolve conflicts and concerns, and stay consistent in fast-paced environments.

I’m also experienced in opening and closing operations, bookkeeping support and maintaining accurate records, along with inventory organization. I’m currently working as a Kitchen Warehouse Associate, and I’m seeking to transition into an office or remote role where my communication, organization, and administrative skills can support a productive team.
