I’m looking to help a team build and improve end-to-end client acquisition and operations systems using GoHighLevel and automation—so leads get captured, followed up, booked, and tracked with minimal manual effort and clear workflow documentation.

I’m a GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM and Automation Specialist and ClickUp Workspace Consultant with hands-on experience designing end-to-end client acquisition and operations systems for service-based businesses, including cleaning, HVAC, and plumbing companies. I build lead capture funnels, sales pipelines, appointment booking systems, and multi-channel automated follow-up (email/SMS) to reduce manual work and increase booked jobs.

With a background in Mass Communication, I bring strong written communication skills to client onboarding, copywriting, and workflow documentation. As an independent consultant, I’ve supported coaches, consultants, and agency owners with automation, CRM setup, and operations stack consulting—delivering clear pipeline visibility, smart tagging, and booking-ready workflows that track lead lifecycle from “new lead contacted” to “booked job completed.”
