I’m a results-driven IT Administrator and System Analyst focused on infrastructure support, security, and enterprise user management. I bring hands-on experience supporting large user environments while deploying practical technical solutions that reduce friction for end users.

I’ve managed and administered on-prem messaging services, handled hardware/software/network issue resolution, and collaborated with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and support. My work emphasizes reliable operations across departments, with fast troubleshooting and clear communication throughout the process.

In my current role, I administer systems and network infrastructure and supported a migration of 70+ users from office to remote work during COVID-19 with minimal downtime. I also manage Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and internet services for all employees, supporting 500+ users with remote access solutions and ongoing troubleshooting.

I’m certified in Microsoft Power Platform (PL-900) and ITIL® 4 Foundation, and I use Power Platform tools (Apps, Automate, BI, Pages) to improve processes through automation. I’ve assisted with Sophos Firewall configuration and administration and executed IT projects like hardware upgrades and network expansions, including deployments such as CCTV and solar inverter systems across company locations.
