What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level cybersecurity or IT support role where I can monitor alerts, investigate incidents, document findings, and grow my networking and network security skills while contributing to a collaborative, procedure-driven team.

I'm building cybersecurity analytics experience through Correlation One, where I monitor simulated security events, identify indicators of compromise, and investigate incidents using Wireshark, RITA, Splunk, and MITRE ATT&CK.

At Amazon Fulfillment Center, I create and track internal service tickets, triage requests across departments, and trained more than 200 staff on standard operating procedures.
