What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst opportunity focused on PCI compliance, data analysis, incident response, and protecting sensitive data and critical assets through cross-functional security operations support.

I've supported secure, reliable communications for the United States Army, maintaining telecommunications equipment, routers, switches, firewalls, and LAN/WAN connectivity for mission-critical systems. My work contributed to 95% network uptime while strengthening documentation, signal validation, and compliance readiness.

At Bridgehead IT, I refine support protocols, troubleshoot complex system issues, analyze root causes, and improve ticket workflows to accelerate incident handling and service continuity. I use proactive monitoring, stakeholder communication, and incident documentation to reduce recurring issues and support cybersecurity posture.

I'm building hands-on cybersecurity capability through pfSense, Snort, ELK Stack, Sysmon, Autopsy, and Wireshark labs focused on intrusion detection, SIEM log analysis, threat hunting, and digital forensics.
