I’m an archivist (Federal Civil Service Commission; Federal Ministry of Information) who supports organized information flow by applying careful planning, review, and continuous improvement. I focus on making records usable, consistent, and ready for day-to-day needs.

In my role, I handled data collation and management for daily identification of inconsistencies based on generated reports. I also contributed to team efforts by accomplishing assigned tasks and reviewing final layouts, suggesting improvements when necessary.

I provide practical technical guidance to ward supervisors, household mobilizers, and distribution teams on the use of Android devices and the RR application. I administered biometric time and attendance tracking profiles and managed campaign personnel sequencing during trainings, ensuring people are set up correctly and processes run smoothly.

I bring strong communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a professional emphasis on influencing and motivating people to achieve set goals. I’m proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) and I’m committed to high standards in both administrative and technical work.
