I’m looking for a fully remote administrative role where I can streamline records and digital systems, coordinate communications and schedules, and support operations with accurate reporting and reliable organisation within EST working hours.

I’m a Highly organised Administrative Assistant with over 3 years of experience streamlining office operations, managing records and digital systems, coordinating communications, and supporting organisational administration across government and private sector settings. I’m remote-ready and available within EST working hours, while maintaining accuracy and professionalism under pressure.

In my current role, I maintain and organise comprehensive administrative records, confidential files, and digital document systems so information stays accurate, compliant, and easily retrievable. I coordinate internal and external communications, manage executive scheduling and calendars, and support project administration through task tracking, status updates, reports, and briefing documents for senior management.

I also coordinate travel, venue logistics, refreshments, and operational planning for multi-agency events, and I streamline administrative workflows to improve document retrieval and reduce duplication. Previously, I managed administrative records and digital systems as an Administrative & Marketing Assistant and led administrative coordination as a PPA Leader, ensuring schedules, records, and communications met team objectives.
