What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build high-impact enterprise AI products where I can own strategy and execution, make architecture decisions, lead strong technical teams, and scale practical GenAI adoption.

At UPL, I lead the enterprise AI portfolio and a team of seven data scientists and GenAI engineers. I own product vision, roadmaps, prioritisation, sprint execution, adoption strategy, and delivery across 10+ stakeholder teams.

I built UPL Genie into an enterprise GenAI platform used by 6,500 people, with 143K+ chats and 80% positive feedback. I drove 1,000+ MAU through product decisions including web search integration, multi-model capabilities, RAG with citations, text-to-SQL, and agentic workflows.

I also led Dossier AI from a 15-day regulatory process to a three-click workflow across 15 countries, while building products for sales enablement, pricing intelligence, legal, HR, hiring, invoice processing, forecasting, and customer risk. Previously, I delivered predictive analytics at EXL and launched four computer vision products at GoMechanic.

I stay close to the technical decisions behind the products I lead, architecting production RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and backend APIs. I bring research experience in neural architecture search, an Elsevier publication, and a record of mentoring, hiring, and building teams.
