At Dionce AI, I design and ship agentic AI workflows for enterprise customer experience and operations, reducing manual effort by 70%. As a founding-team Lead GenAI Engineer, I own the product, architecture, and roadmap from orchestration and RAG to evaluation and deployment.
I helped take Dionce AI from zero to break-even revenue by working directly with early customers on discovery, solution design, and pilots. I also built the core data, engineering, and TPM team, leading hiring, mentoring, and delivery.
As a Solutions Architect for Bayer, I took an agentic decision-support use case from POC to production on its enterprise platform. I led a seven-member delivery team and established runbooks, evaluation frameworks, SLAs, and handover training for independent internal operation.
Previously at WNS, I led teams building Generative AI, ESG, procurement analytics, financial analysis, text analysis, and executive dashboarding products. My earlier work spans healthcare imaging, intelligent transportation systems, NLP, computer vision, and production ML models.
