What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead end-to-end AI product delivery, building production GenAI, machine learning, and computer vision systems while mentoring teams and partnering with senior stakeholders.

At UPL Ltd, I lead seven data scientists and GenAI engineers delivering an enterprise AI product portfolio used by 6,500+ users across 15 countries.

I architected and shipped UPL Genie from zero, combining multi-model orchestration, citation-grounded RAG, agentic workflows, Text-to-SQL, streaming, and cost monitoring. The platform has generated 143K+ conversations and received 80% positive feedback.

I've also delivered AI products for sales enablement, pricing intelligence, decision support, hiring insights, legal and HR self-service, invoice processing, demand forecasting, and credit risk assessment. I drive adoption through demos and masterclasses while partnering with 10+ stakeholder teams, including C-suite leaders.

Previously, I improved claims-model accuracy and processing at EXL Service and built four computer vision products at GoMechanic. My research on neural architecture search was published by Elsevier.
