I want to deliver responsive customer support and reliable administrative/virtual assistance, working with organized operations and clear communication. I’m looking for an opportunity where I can contribute immediately and keep growing professionally.

I’m a customer-focused professional with over two years of experience in customer service, administrative support, and operations coordination. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Science (Cybersecurity) and bring strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills to every interaction.

At Precious Faith Transfers & Tours (Yango Partner), I monitor daily driver operations, coordinate communication between drivers and passengers, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate records and daily reports. Previously as a Customer Receptionist at Electric Vehicles Namibia, I welcomed clients, answered inquiries, scheduled appointments, maintained accurate records, and supported documentation and filing while assisting with customer concerns.
