At Webernetic, I ran 40 client projects in 18 months as the sole PM reporting to the CEO, with up to 20+ projects in parallel. I introduced spec-per-task delivery on a logistics platform spanning 27 EU countries, bringing large features from about two months to three weeks within estimate.

I owned release and QA flow, from Definition of Done and staging through QA sign-off and production. I also used LLM-drafted specs and an AI-generated clickable prototype to recover a two-week slip in 3–4 days and ship on the original deadline with no spec-related change requests.

On an independent contract, I’m coordinating technical recovery of a Laravel e-commerce platform, taking development specs through to production and using AI to analyse crawl data and draft specs. Earlier, I led a CRM implementation at AUTOCAPITAL and ran parallel web projects at CWEB.BY.
